Voucher Orders

1. The last date for posting first class via Simply Thank You is Friday 19^th December. Our recommendation is to post Thursday 18^th December.

2. The last date for posting vouchers by Special Delivery (incurs a charge in addition to voucher handling fee) will be Tuesday 23rd December. Our recommendation is to post Monday 22^nd December.

Gift Orders

1. The last date for ordering gifts for next day delivery before Christmas will be 4 pm on Tuesday 23rd December for delivery on Christmas Eve. To avoid disappointment during the busy festive season we recommend placing your order on Monday 22^nd December for pre-Christmas delivery.

2. The last date for ordering gifts for next day delivery before New Year will be 4 pm on Tuesday 30^th December for delivery on New Years Eve. To avoid disappointment during the busy festive season we recommend placing your order on Monday 29^th December for pre-New Year delivery.

Opening Hours                                                                                      

1. Christmas Eve - Simply Thank You will be open from 9am on 24^th December but opening hours will be at the discretion of Management on the day.  
2. New Years Eve - Simply Thank You will be open from 9am on 31^st December but opening hours will be at the discretion of Management on the day.

Premium Deliveries

Saturday deliveries will still be available for non-perishable gifts at an extra charge on 27^th December 2008 and 3^rd January 2009.

Scottish Bank Holiday

Please be aware that no deliveries can be made to Scotland on Friday 2^nd January as this is a Bank Holiday.

2009

We will re-open after the Christmas and New Year period on Friday 2^nd January 2009 at 9am.
