Definitions

The "Buyer" means any person, firm or company purchasing goods supplied by Simply Thank You (STY.com Ltd). CONDITIONS OF SALE Orders are only accepted subject to the Terms & Conditions detailed on this web site and only relate to the United Kingdom. Acceptance of an order is indicated by the receipt of an acknowledgment email from STY.Com Ltd. STY.Com Ltd reserves the right to decline to trade with the Buyer.

Ordering

Orders received and accepted by STY.Com Ltd before 16.00 hours will be despatched on the same day, or next available working day, or on the day preceding the specified delivery date, subject to stock availability. Orders received after 16.00 hours will be despatched the following working day subject to stock availability.

Payment

Payment is made via Procurer, a secure online real-time payment service supporting all major credit cards and debit cards with the major UK acquiring banks for Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, JCB, American Express and Diners Club.

Items unavailable for despatch

If an item is out of stock at the point of order the sender will be advised immediately, and will have the option of awaiting stock availability or of selecting an alternative gift.

Prices

Prices quoted include Value Added Tax which has been applied at the current rate. STY.Com Ltd reserve the right, without prior notice, to vary any advertised prices on the web site.

Damage or loss in transit

In the event of non-delivery the Buyer should advise STY.Com Ltd in writing within 3 days of placing the order. In the event of a shortage the Buyer should advise STY.Com Ltd in writing within 3 days of receipt of the delivery. If damaged goods are received, the receipt should be signed 'Damaged' and STY.Com Ltd should be notified within 24 hours. If this is not adhered to, it may result in your claim being invalid.

Exclusion of liability

STY.Com Ltd shall not be under any liability whether in contract, tort or otherwise and whether or not resulting from the negligence of STY.Com Ltd or that of STY.Com Ltd employees, servants or agents, in respect of goods delivered or for any damage or loss resulting from use of goods.
STY.Com Ltd shall not be under any liability for any damage or loss arising or said to arise from the use of any of our products.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This Contract shall be governed by English Law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from this contract. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
