How has Simply Thank you helped your business achieve its goals?
Cadent had a target of providing welfare products to over 160,000 customers who had been left in a vulnerable situation as a result of having no gas within their property. How has Simply Thank you helped your business achieve its goals?
Simply Thank You has helped to offer a wide range of gifting solutions for our retailer and customer service centre to utilise in service recovery of dissatisfied customers. The online portal has been set up to be easy to use and with our bespoke wrapping and branded ribbon, provides a quick, efficient, and delightful experience for our customers when they receive their gift.
We have seen a significant uplift in usage of the STY programme over the last two years, which has also positively impacted our customer satisfaction scoring and our customer journey. With more detailed reporting (which is being provided imminently) we will be able to analyse in more detail the impact of this programme as well.
What aspects of our services have you found most valuable?
Online portal is easy to use and navigate and with more detailed reporting this will be even more valuable for insight and analysis. Quick responses to changes in the programme, flexibility and support have all been extremely valuable to our fast paced brand. We sometimes have to be reactive to complaints, or issues that will impact our customers and the support and fast completion of changes from Andrew and his team have been invaluable in helping us manage these issues.
How would you describe your experience working with me as your account manager?
Andrew is an absolute delight to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and very calm in any situation (or crisis) we present to him. Nothing is too much trouble for him, and he always goes above and beyond to help support us with any question or request we have.
